Hospital Information Desks

Trained Volunteers in Cornwall hospitals give information of a non-medical nature about services available to visually impaired people at Cornwall Blind Association. A long established desk is based at the St Austell Community Hospital, Outpatients Departments, to provide advice, information about other services as well as support to ophthalmic patients, their friends and relatives.

St Austel Community Hospital

Mondays 9:30 am - 4:30 pm (closed 12:30 - 1:30)
Thursday 1 pm - 4:30 pm
Friday 9 am - 12:30 pm

Camborne/Redruth Community Hospital

Every Thursday morning.

Bodmin Hospital

Monday & Wednesday 1.30pm - 4.30pm

Stratton Hospital

Every other Tuesday, 10.00am - 4.00pm

Royal Cornwall Hospital, Treliske

Mountstephen Ward - ophthalmology Out Patients
Truro

Every Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 12.30.

Liskeard Hospital

First Wednesday of the month 12 noon onwards.
