Cornwall Blind Association - Improving the lives of visually impaired people

Trusts & Grants

We work with charitable trusts, public bodies and organisations to raise vital income that helps us to deliver our services and campaign for visually impaired people living in Cornwall. Our funding partnerships, to name a few, include:

These relationships have allowed us to develop projects that make a real impact, whilst helping our funders to achieve their priorities, such as:

  • Delivering our services at new sites across Cornwall to ensure equal access for all visually impaired people.
  • Expanding our volunteering opportunities and delivering our services at new sites across Cornwall to ensure equal access for all visually impaired people.
  • Ensuring access to services, activities and clubs for visually impaired people via our Volunteer Escort Divers Transport service.
  • Providing Welfare Benefits Advice and Advocacy support.
  • Providing opportunities for young visually impaired people to access sports and leisure activities via our Youn People's Adventure Break.

We're always looking to work with new grant giving bodies to make sure we can keep developing our services and new projects. To discuss joint opportunities or find our more about supporting our work contact our Trust and Grants Fundraiser, Cath Collier on 01872 266716 or by email ccollier@cornwallblind.org.uk
