Talking Newspaper

News and items of interest from local newspapers are recorded, at Truro Sight Centre, by local volunteers for blind and partially sighted people in Cornwall.

There are over 500 local Talking Newspapers operating across the United Kingdom and most produce weekly or fortnightly recordings on cassette.

Some Talking Newspapers produce their recordings on memory sticks. Some incorporate, or produce separately, a magazine also relating to local topics. This is a free service to the listener including free delivery.
