
These terms and conditions govern the Cornwall Blind Association donations' pages. Cornwall Blind Association reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this text page and the supporter is bound by any such modifications or revisions.
The contract between Cornwall Blind Association and the supporter comes into existence upon Cornwall Blind Association's acceptance of the supporter's donation i.e. when payment has been received. Cornwall Blind Association is entitled to withdraw from contracts in the case of obvious typographical or arithmetical inaccuracies appearing on Cornwall Blind Association's website.
If the supporter makes an error whilst making a donation - or if after submitting their donation details changes their mind - they should get in touch with Cornwall Blind Association by emailing charleswhitehead@cornwallblind.org.uk within 7 days of making the donation, including their full contact details and details of changes to their recorded donation.
Contract between Cornwall Blind Association and the supporter will be governed by English Law and all disputes will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Cornwall Blind Association collects personal information about potential supporters, volunteers, or clients either directly from the individuals themselves or, in some situations, via third party providers. When you enter information on this web site, respond to direct marketing appeals, enter competitions, or register as a client or volunteer, personal information is captured and recorded. Cornwall Blind Association also uses commercial lists to contact people who we believe may be interested in our work.
Where provided we store your contact information such as name and address, telephone numbers, and email addresses. We also record any donation and purchase histories, details of communications we have received from you, along with a record of communications we have sent to you. Occasionally we may ask our supporters and clients for additional voluntary information such as birthdates, interest in selected products and services and other information which improves the efficiency of our marketing communications.
Fundraising is critical to Cornwall Blind Association. We may use your information to raise vital funds using donation appeals, competitions, trading offers, volunteering opportunities, or sponsored events.
